Brain Drain

Kowalski is complaining about how his brain is not smart enough, and begins to genetically expand his intellect, causing his head to grow bigger. But after making a miscalculation, his head begins to shrink until he becomes dumber than mud. His lack of intellect proves annoying when he fouls up a mission to retrieve fish from a fish truck. The penguins manage to keep Kowalski busy with following a red line in a circle while they increase the fish supply in the zoo's new automatic feeder (since they were only getting one fish per meal). But Kowalski tampers with the machine, increasing the fish supply more
, causing him to drown in a pile of fish. But since fish are brain food, when Kowalski starts eating them, he begins to regrow his normal brain capacity.
